We (Team 81, Dutch Tomatoes, Bas and Johan) are from Holland. We are new this year. We met some of the participants in a pub in Annecy last year. Everybody was drinking a lot and had much fun. That is why we decided to join the rally this year.

After a long search we finally found our banger. It is a VW Golf III 1992. We are already painting it for 3 weeks. We hope to finish our painting this week. Once it is finished we will show you the result :-) You will find some small pictures of us, working on the car from 2 weeks ago …

We are counting the days and are really looking forward to start. We are planning to participate in the Tomatina event as well on Wednesday.

Please let us know if there are other teams starting from the Netherlands? It would be great to drive in small convoy.
